Computer Imaging Software

In some cases Dr Chan will use a special program on his computer that will allow him to modify parts of your nose a little at a time so that you can see how the modification will alter your appearance. In this way you can be more confident that Dr Chan has an understanding of what you would like to look like. It is not possible to give a guarantee of this result as there are other factors such as the variation in the behaviour of your tissues that can play a part in producing the final result.

Dr Chan will discuss the imperfections of your nose with you. In most cases he will have a digital photograph taken of you before the consultation so that he can discuss your likes and dislikes to help plan your nose surgery.

Dr Chan has been performing nose surgery for over 20 years. It is one of the operations he really enjoys doing. Nose surgery allows him to create a balanced nose which fits the face. After all what is the definition of "beauty"? Beauty is balance and harmony.

About Your Surgeon

Dr Stephen Chan is a member of the International Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery [ISAPS], the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons [ASPS], the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery [ASAPS] and he was a Past President of the Western Australian Society of Plastic Surgery [WASPS]. He has previously been Head of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital.
