What is the Most Common Disappointment after Breast Implants?

The most common disappointment in patients is the development of hardening of the breast after the breast augmentation operation. This is due to the body's healing process forming scar tissue around the implant which contracts and squeezes on the implant causing the breast to harden, a condition called breast capsular contracture.

We have a strategy that significantly decreases the incidence of this breast hardening problem. It is one of our top priorities to minimise this and create a breast that not only looks good but feels and behaves as naturally as possible.
