What We Can Do For You…

Dr Randle has performed many reconstructive surgeries in the past. Dr Randle’s repertoire includes craniofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate surgery, trauma surgery, breast reconstruction and microsurgery. Although Dr Randle no longer concentrates on these areas, his vast experience complements his main focus on aesthetic surgery.

Most cosmetic surgical procedures can be done as an outpatient. That means patients can go home on the same day. Some procedures such as facelifts, abdominoplasty and breast reduction may require an overnight stay. Surgeries are performed under general anaesthesia, twilight anaesthesia (patient is under sedation and local anaesthesia is used) or totally under local anaesthesia. Patients usually elect to undergo operations such as breast augmentation under general anaesthesia whereas upper eyelid surgery can be performed under local anaesthesia.

Dr Randle employs highly qualified anaesthetists and theatre staff for his procedures. Dr Randle performs his operations at St John of God Hospital Subiaco, The Mount Hospital and Cambridge Day Surgery.
