My experience with Dr Chan was just brilliant, he is warm and friendly and very professional.  He didn’t miss out of anything.  Any questions I had he answered to the full and I didn’t have any worries about going ahead with the procedure.

I found out about Dr Chan through my sister who works at St John of God in theatre and she had seen his work and said it was extremely good and I also looked on the net and I looked up other surgeons but I felt that Dr Chan was the one that I wanted to go with.

My experience was very good.  From my first appointment the staff were lovely; they were very informative as was Dr Chan.  He told me what to expect and the literature that I got before the operation was very very good and I always went back to that if I was concerned about anything.

I took advantage of a free phone consultation. As I was from down south and being 3 hrs away thought this was an easiest way to go.   I spoke to a lovely patient educator for over  ½  hr and she told me exactly what I needed  what the operation  involved, what I could expect after and what could go wrong, Obviously it hasn’t but everything was explained and it made me feel at ease.  Every question I had was answered in great depth

When I consulted with Dr Chan obviously I was very very nervous but within minutes of being there I found myself at ease. Dr Chan was very professional, very wonderful, answered all my questions and I felt quite at home and ready for the procedure.

I actually have a great fear of hospitals and a real phobia of needles and any operations.  I have for many years now so this was a huge step for me taking this procedure. For me it was very important to find the right surgeon, someone who had a lot of years of experience in the procedure I wanted to do. 

I found out about Dr Chan purely by accident when I met a lady on holidays and I saw the results of the procedure I wanted to have and she gave me all the details.

As I am from the country I had a phone consultation with a patient educator.  She explained the procedures very thoroughly and I was definitely very well informed.

I am very thrilled with my results.  I felt that the experience was very positive.  Pain was minimal for the procedure I had.  What really helped me pre and post operatively was the support of the staff.   I could ring at any time if I felt anxious.  I was certainly in good hands and I couldn’t recommend Dr Chan enough.  If you are looking don’t look any further, walk in the door have your consultation and you will certainly feel that you have made the right decision.

I decided to do this testimonial because I felt it was so important. I want to reassure anyone if they are thinking of coming to see Dr Chan for any procedure that he specialises in to reassure you that you are making the right decision to see him because I‘ve had such a wonderful experience and I had been wanting to do my procedure for the last 20 yrs and I finally plucked up the courage to do it.  The holistic approach of the practice with the staff and especially the skills of the surgeon have been totally amazing. From the minute you walk in the door to your 6 week check-up, for me, has been a really positive experience and I’ve been thrilled to bits.  I wake up and smile and can’t believe I’ve finally had the procedure I wanted to do and I am amazed at the results.
